The deal is based on per person pricing that covers one person, however 2 people will need to travel together and each purchase 1 deal. You may purchase the deal individually by using different credit cards, but share accommodations and golf rounds for the duration of your trip.  If you travel alone or play you golf round alone a Single Supplement will apply, your friendly travel expert will provide details of this supplement.

The deal includes for 1 night accommodation for 2 players at the Leisure Inn Pokolbin Hill in a Queen or Twin Room

Accommodation bookings available 7 days a week, however if staying over a Friday or Saturday night a surcharge of $100 per night will apply; this surcharge is to be paid directly to the hotel.

No shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in forfeiture of deal.

Single Supplement

This option, known as a single supplement covers one person, making it ideal for those looking to book a holiday alone. This option is only applicable for deals that specify the voucher is valid for one person (unless otherwise stated). Single supplement fees are paid directly to the merchant at the time of booking, or as specified in the fine print. Some merchants may waive this fee if you are willing to share a room with another traveller.

Blackout Dates

The deal cannot be used during these specified dates.

This means the use of the deal is based on what dates the merchant has available.

Optional/Additional Costs

These are either optional or additional costs that you can add on top of your deal price. These surcharges are paid to the merchant upon securing your booking with them.

Deal is Non-Refundable

There is no refund if you don’t use any elements of the deal, however, a totally unused deal can be exchanged for a Credit Voucher provided a request is made atleast 36 hours before check-in date or deal expiry date.  This Credit Voucher value can be applied towards future Stay & Play Packages; an additional payment may be required if the chosen future package is more expensive than the original Stay & Play Package purchased.

Usage of Deal and Itinerary

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• The Itinerary can only be redeemed once;
• The Itinerary can only be redeemed with the Merchant shown on the Itinerary;
• The Itinerary is valid for one person only unless otherwise specified;
• you must follow the redemption instructions associated with the Itinerary when you redeem the Itinerary with the Merchant;
• All Itineraries sold by Travel Deal Finders Australia Pty. Ltd. are single-purpose itineraries which can only be redeemed with the Merchant shown on the Itinerary;
• In order to redeem your Itinerary you must present it to the Merchant within the Redemption Period. If you do not redeem the Itinerary within the Redemption Period, shown as “Deal is Valid between”, the Itinerary will expire automatically. The Itinerary can be extended as per condition above (Deal is Non-Refundable).
