Executive Room – Upgrade from only $50pp

Modern, spacious and sophisticated, an Executive Room offers partial ocean, city or hinterland views and access to the hotel’s Executive Lounge with evening drinks and canapes served from Sunday to Thursday between 5pm-7pm. On Friday and Saturday nights, drinks and canapes will be served between 5pm – 6.30pm & 6.30pm – 8pm.

Car Transfers – return car transfer from only $60pp

Have a car waiting for your at Gold Coast Airport to seamlessly transfer you to InterContinental Hayman Island and return you to the airport after your holiday.

PACKAGE TERMS

*Airfares

Airfares are based on the best available airfare at time of publication and are subject to availability & change. Flights may not be direct or operate daily. Air surcharges apply during Australian school holidays and other peak travel periods. Applicable charges will apply for changes. Tickets are non refundable at all times.

*Luxury Return Launch Transfers

• A shared yacht connection is not guaranteed unless guests have advised their return flight details a minimum of 14 days prior to arrival. Information required is guest name(s), date and flight numbers for

  both arrival and departure flights.

• To confirm launch transfers please contact Hayman Island Reservations on hayman.reservations@ihg.com or telephone +61 (7) 5501 9992.
• The travel time from Great Barrier Reef Airport to Hayman Island is approximately 60 minutes. Hayman Island may need to combine flight arrivals according to flight schedules and guests may be

  required to wait at Hamilton Island until all passengers have arrived from various flights. If a yacht service cannot be provided (due to inclement weather, minimum numbers or other reasons), an alternate

  transfer will be provided at the discretion of Hayman Island.

• Please provide Hayman Island reservations with the Qantas/Qantas Link/Jetstar/Virgin Australia flight arrival and departure details of your clients.
• Upon arrival please provide the Hayman Island welcome desk with your luggage receipt, so they can easily identify your luggage and ensure it is transferred directly to your room.

• Children aged up to and including 4 years of age sharing a room with adults are complimentary.

  Children aged 5-11 years sharing room with 2 adults or requiring a single sofa bed arrangement (or rollaway bed) will be charged the additional child breakfast supplement.

• Children aged 12 years and above sharing room with 2 adults or requiring a single sofa bed arrangement (or rollaway bed) will be charged the additional adult supplement.
• Meals for children up to the age of 11 years are available from the Children’s Menu. Children 12 years and over will dine from adult menus.

Flights are not included unless otherwise stated & if included, are economy class unless otherwise stated. Price includes any stated bonus nights, upgrades & package savings, if applicable.
