Executive Room – Upgrade from only $50pp

Modern, spacious and sophisticated, an Executive Room offers partial ocean, city or hinterland views and access to the hotel’s Executive Lounge with evening drinks and canapes served from Sunday to Thursday between 5pm-7pm. On Friday and Saturday nights, drinks and canapes will be served between 5pm – 6.30pm & 6.30pm – 8pm.

Car Transfers – return car transfer from only $60pp

Have a car waiting for your at Gold Coast Airport to seamlessly transfer you to Crystalbrook Flynn and return you to the airport after your holiday.

*Hot Air Balloon Experience

Includes: Resort transfers, inflight photos and a glass of bubbly upon landing.

Pick up for Cairns and Northern Beaches is from 3:55am to 5.00am (depending on the time of year). Please contact Hot Air within 48hours to confirm the pick-up time. Phone – 07 4039 9900, Email – res@hotair.com.au.

The tour finish time varies with the seasons (summer, winter and the time of sunrise) from between 09.00 and 09.30am. Return transfers is back to Cairns or Northern Beaches accommodation or, with prior notice, to the Cairns Reef Fleet Terminal, Skyrail, Tjapukai or perhaps a Cairns Cafe or restaurant.

Tour does not operate 25 December and 1 January. Anyone 17 years and under must travel with an adult. Minimum age for flying is 3. Please advise hotel/pick up location at time of booking.

*Full Day Outer Reef Tour

A booking has been made for you for your tour, for the date confirmed on your documents. If you would like this changed, please contact Down Under Cruise & Dive directly on 07 4052 8300.

Includes two reef locations aboard Evolutions, a 35-metre luxury superyacht, full buffet lunch, afternoon tea and glass of wine, $10 drink voucher per person, wetsuit hire, snorkel equipment.

• Guests are to make their own way to Reef Fleet Terminal – 1 Spence Street, Cairns. Transfers are not included; and

• A $20 per person on board levy applies to all passengers, to be paid prior to your day of departure.
